If there is an issue with your item contact us at the22brand@yahoo.com. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. From there we will see if the issue is deemed valid and will find a way to compensate you for your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are only valid if the product is sent back in the same condition it was received and cannot be damaged and/or defective.
